English Dept Prepares for Re-Accreditation

The English Department, Faculty of Arts, Udayana University, is preparing for re-accreditation. Every five year each department must be visited by assessor of BAN PT KemristekDikti (national accreditation board for higher education) to renew the accreditation predicate. This year, the English Department should be able to maintain their previous excellent reward (A) from previous accreditation in 2012.
On Monday (10/10), the re-accreditation preparation was visited by the vice Rector of academic affairs of Udayana University, Prof. Dr. drh. I Made Damriyasa, MS. He was accompanied by the dean of Faculty of Arts, Prof. Dr. Ni Luh Sutjiati Beratha, M.A., and the vice dean of academic affairs of Faculty of Arts, Prof. Dr. Drs. I Nyoman Suparwa, M.Hum. In his speech, Prof Damriyasa said the task for the English Department was challenging since they should maintain the excellent reward. Maintaining the excellent (A) reward would be difficult rather than taking it for the first time. He asked the staff of English Department to work together and work hard, prepare the documents, and manage the schedule of assessors during their visit to English Department. (rah)
